Personal data
Personal data is any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This means that the information either relates directly to someone or can be traced back to that person. The following personal data is processed by Hokra and is only used for the purpose(s) described under the heading “Purposes”.

The data processed by Hokra is used for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you in response to a comment on our website

Where applicable, the personal data requested and received will be passed on to:

Duration
The personal data requested for the actions described under “Purposes” will be retained for as long as the relationship between the data subject, Hokra as service provider and Fontys exists. If, seven years after the last contact, there is no longer a relationship, the data will be deleted and/or destroyed and will not be further processed for other purposes.

Hokra takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification.

Access, rectification and/or erasure
The data subject (the person to whom the personal data applies) has the right to access or erase the requested data. The data subject also has the right to rectification in the event of incorrect publication (other than as specified by the data subject) of the data (where permission has been given for this). 

Even if the personal data has been obtained with consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw this consent. 

To request access to or deletion of your data, please contact Hokra via klantenservice@hokra.nl. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Complaints
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint against the processing or handling of their personal data. This can be done with the Data Protection Authority. Before doing so, always contact Hokra, the organisation that processes your data, first.

Cookies
A website is used to collect your data. This website contains cookies.

The website includes buttons (and/or links) to promote or share pages on various social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn. These buttons are created using code provided by Facebook and LinkedIn themselves. Among other things, this code places a cookie to analyse visitor behaviour.
